You did everything right. The degrees, the title, the income, the career you can be proud of. And still, there's a business idea you keep coming back to, one that would take you off the path you've followed so carefully.
You're good at what you do. What you don't know is whether the idea could actually hold up as a business, one that's yours, that could carry what your family counts on you for. So you've dismissed it. It's not practical. Exploring it might even feel a little irresponsible. Maybe you've done a little consulting on the side, jotted a few notes. Acting on it would mean loosening your grip on everything you built, and that's a lot to stake on a maybe.
There's also this: you don't want to wait until you're 65 to enjoy your life. You want more freedom, more room, work that gives something back. You're curious what it would look like to build something of your own while you still have the runway to enjoy it.
That's what True North is for. We won't write a 40-page business plan in 90 minutes, and you don't need one yet. What we do is get in it together: I ask the hard questions, we work through the what-ifs, and you get expert eyes on your idea from someone who has built more than one business past seven figures. You leave clearer on who you are, what you have to offer, and whether this is worth your leap.
You don't have to be ready to quit your job, or even call yourself an entrepreneur yet. It only takes enough curiosity to find out what's really there, with someone alongside you before you decide anything.
Before we meet, you complete an intake. You tell me all about your idea, expertise, and what excites you about working so that our time together goes straight to the work.
In a 90-minute deep dive, we get underneath it. Your superpowers and the work only you do this well. The business offer hiding inside the idea, who it's for, and what makes it special. Then we map your first steps so that the idea becomes real.
For the month that follows, I stay with you. I review what you send, sharpen your positioning, your pitch, we talk marketing, pricing, and everything in between, over email or Google Drive.
1 month of one to one coaching built entirely around you
A pre-work intake, so we start already in motion
One 90-minute deep-dive strategy session done over Zoom
Your superpowers and highest-value work, named
Your elevator pitch: who you are and what you do, in a line that lands

Specifics may shift based on your individual needs. No two clients are exactly the same.
You'll know whether this idea is worth your leap. You'll have language for your work that sounds like you, the first steps mapped out, and a clear picture of what it would take to make it real including what has to shift in your life to make room for it.
You'll also know what it feels like to have someone thinking about your business alongside you. Most women are surprised how much lighter it gets.
